Feature：
The operation of the cartoning machine is of intermittent design, PLC control, simple structure and easy maintenance. The machine automatically completes the processes of unloading, unpacking, and sealing.
The whole machine has high cartoning speed, low mechanical wear, high output and low mechanical running speed.
Automatic vacuum take out the box, open the box at a large angle, to ensure the opening accuracy of the box.
The box entry system operates intermittently and is equipped with push overload protection function to protect the products and instructions from entering the box safely.
This machine is more convenient to adjust and maintain. A variety of box closing methods and other devices can be selected. To replace cartons of different sizes, there is no need to replace the mold, just adjust the positioning according to the size of the box.
The machine frame and the board have sufficient strength and rigidity. The machine's main drive motor and clutch brake are installed in the machine frame. Various transmission systems are installed on the machine board. The torque overload protector can separate the main drive motor from each transmission part under overload, so as to protect the machine parts from damage.
No paper box: No cartoning; The whole machine stops automatically and sends out audible alarm.
No product: Wait for the box and manual and sends out audible alarm.
Equipped with steel character coding system, it can also be connected to the inkjet printer for cooperation.
